My approach is not only about providing you with workout plans and teaching you how to eat, but on putting your health first so that you feel good, have energy and vitality while getting in the best shape of your life. I address poor sleep, stress management, lifestyle, and digestive health to transform your body to your fullest potential.

No two women are alike. Each client will receive a program that is specifically tailored to their lifestyle, abilities, body composition, and goals.
CHECK INS & ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
Weekly check-ins to review your progress and keep you on track and accountable. My coaching services will help you in developing the lifestyle habits and consistency to adhere to your program. I keep track of your progress and make tweaks to your personalized program as needed to keep you from plateauing. Aside from your weekly check-ins, the Phasique Fitness app allows you to contact me for support throughout the week.
